At Craneaholics, we stand behind our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction.


1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used items
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or limited-edition drops (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on:

  • Inventory availability
  • Product condition

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
